About the Villa

This is a well equipped, bright and tastefully furnished self catering villa. It is ideal for a family holiday. The villa makes a perfect, comfortable and relaxing holiday rental option for up to 10 people or 2 families; 2 cots and 2 high chairs are also available.

The property has various terrace and patio areas! There is a terrace area just off the kitchen/diner with patio furniture to seat 10, ideal for al-fresco dining, a large sun roof terrace with panoramic views and patio around the pool. There is a purpose built barbeque and outside sink.

There is a bar/restaurant and a shop very close in Poblet. There is an exclusive restaurant and bar in the nearby Pueblo Acantillado (5 minutes walk away). There is a Station close by (Venta Lanuza 20 minutes walk) for the scenic Alicante to Denia coastal railway, which has stops all along the coast including San Juan, El Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm and Altea.

Master twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There are 4 further bedrooms, 2 double rooms and also 2 single rooms. There is a double sofa bed in the second living room. 2 cots are also available.

There is an ensuite shower room with wc, bidet and sink off the master twin bedroom and a separate family bathroom with a corner jacuzzi bath and shower over, twin sinks and wc.

Large kitchen/diner with island 4 ring induction hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, reverse osmosis drinking water tap (no need for bottled water) dining table and chairs, with door to outside terrace, seating 16+ in all

Living room 1, seating for 8, air conditioning, TV, UK TV, DVD, Video and computer.

Living room 2, seating for 5, air conditioning, TV, DVD, games console.

Bed linen and house towels are supplied and changed weekly, beach towels are not supplied. Final cleaning is included and a weekly clean is offered if required.

Private secluded gardens with an 8x4 private pool with a waterfall water feature. There is a terrace off the dining room with table and chairs for 10+, a spiral staircase leads up to a large roof terrace. There is a purpose built BBQ and sink for outside cooking.

The nearest beach is 15 minutes walk from the villa, a sandy cove and ideal for snorkeling. Campello, Villajoyosa and San Juan beaches are all about 10 minutes drive away and are all worth a visit

The nearest Airport is Alicante about 40kms, less than 30mins away. Next is Valencia around 130kms, 1.25 hours away. We offer an airport collection and return service to Alicante Airport. An airport collection and return service is available if required.

El Campello and Villajoyosa are about 8kms, 10 minutes away. Alicante and Benidorm are about 15kms, 20 minutes away. The Terra Mitica Theme park, Terra Natura Park, Aqualandia (waterpark) and Mundomar (Sea World) are about 20 minutes away. See Local Area for more details.

There is a provisions shop 5 minutes walk away and various bars and restaurants all within 15 minutes walk. Main supermarkets and banks are in El Campello and Villajoyosa 10 minutes drive away.

Changeover days are flexible, arrival is from 4.00pm and departure is by 10.00am
but we are flexible if there is not an immediate changeover.
